Refund & Cancellation Policy – MadebyCebo

MadebyCebo provides digital services including website design and related services.

Due to the nature of digital work, once a project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project before work has started, a full refund will be issued.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any completed work will be billed accordingly and no refund will be provided for work already delivered.

For recurring services, clients may cancel at any time, and no further charges will apply after cancellation.
