The original Liphina Royal site lacked clarity in hierarchy, struggled to communicate the breadth of service offerings, and did not effectively guide visitors to take action (book a tour or get a quote). With tours and transfers competing heavily in the Cape Town tourism market, a clearer user experience and more professional aesthetic were needed to build trust and boost conversions.

  • Build visual trust and convey professionalism

  • Improve accessibility across devices (desktop + mobile)

I began with an audit of the existing site’s layout and content to identify areas of confusion and friction. From there, I mapped out a clearer information hierarchy — making sure key actions like “Book Your Experience” and “Enquire Now” were visible and intuitive across all screens.

Based on that structure, I created wireframes to establish visual flow and content relationships. Once the structure was solid, I developed high-fidelity designs in Figma before implementing them in Framer, focusing on responsiveness, optimized media, and accessibility.

The redesign frontloaded a value proposition that clearly states what Liphina Royal offers: personalised tours, flexible itineraries, and reliable transfers — instantly setting expectations for visitors.

Tour Presentation

Tours were organised into clean, visual cards with brief descriptions, durations, and price ranges to make choices easier and faster for users.

Trust & Credibility

Including lifestyle imagery of Cape Town highlights the experience potential customers can expect, while consistent spacing and typography enhance professional appeal.

Calls-to-Action

Forms and buttons like “Book Your Cape Town Experience” or “Message Us on WhatsApp” were positioned strategically to capture interest at multiple points during the user journey.
